CUTE KICKBOXING INSTRUCTOR WITH ABS, DELTS, AND QUADS OF STEEL (eyeing my peaked post-class complexion): A small bowl of oatmeal with chopped pecans and a dollop of Greek yogurt--you need a little bit of fat, protein and carbs to have sustained energy in the morning.

DEMURE FACIALIST: You need something with anti-oxidants to add to your moisturizing/sunblock mix. Now how about you, dear reader? Do you have a question that's been niggling it's way into your beauty routine? Ask away, if I don't know--I'll ask an expert!
