I have never been one for drugs or alcohol, but I have a serious addiction to lip gloss.
There are tubes of the stuff hidden in desk drawers, stockpiled in handbags and stashed in the side panel of my car door. I swipe, layer, gleam and grin several times throughout the day. Coupled with my caffeine, a dose of gloss is the perfect mood enhancer, elevating a ho-hum "hump" day with a touch of sparkle.
My latest obsession is 'Gold Digger' by Nars--sort of like what would happen if Kim Kardashian and Gywneth got together, and instead of having a baby they had a lip gloss: the perfect blend of telegenic sultry polish and posh glamour:

Hi Claire! Thank you so much for reading! If you are not a lip gloss gal, no worries--there are stains, balms and sticks out there too :) And nothing beats Chap Stik for a classic dose of lip protection. Now about those eyelashes...
